Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 General Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Customers are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
3.2 Digital Goods & Subscriptions
For downloadable software, digital products, or SaaS subscriptions, refunds are valid only if the product or service has not been substantially consumed, downloaded, or utilized. Subscription renewals are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent future charges.
3.3 Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing timelines.
4.1 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings portal or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further recurring charges will apply.
4.2 Scheduled Services & Appointments
For live consulting, coaching, or scheduled service appointments, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session credit.
